   Digital Premium Shop-এ আপনাকে স্বাগতম!
   
   আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট বা সার্ভিস ব্যবহার করার আগে দয়া করে নিচের শর্তাবলীগুলো মনোযোগ দিয়ে পড়ে নিন। আমাদের কাছ থেকে কোনো প্রোডাক্ট বা প্রিমিয়াম সাবস্ক্রিপশন কিনলে ধরে নেওয়া হবে যে আপনি এই শর্তগুলো মেনে নিয়েছেন।
2. ১. সাধারণ নিয়মাবলী (General Terms)
   • আমাদের সার্ভিস ব্যবহার করার জন্য আপনাকে অবশ্যই সঠিক তথ্য (যেমন: নাম, ইমেইল, বা হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ নাম্বার) প্রদান করতে হবে।
   
   • যেকোনো সাবস্ক্রিপশনের প্রাইস (মূল্য) যেকোনো সময় বাজারের ওপর ভিত্তি করে পরিবর্তন হতে পারে। তবে অর্ডার করার সময় যে প্রাইস থাকবে, আপনাকে সেটাই দিতে হবে।
3. ২. ডেলিভারি সময়সীমা (Delivery Time)
   • পেমেন্ট সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর সাধারণত ১০ মিনিট থেকে ১ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আপনার সাবস্ক্রিপশন বা প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি করা হবে।
   
   • কারিগরি সমস্যা বা সার্ভার ডাউনের কারণে সর্বোচ্চ ২৪ ঘণ্টা পর্যন্ত সময় লাগতে পারে। এমন হলে আমরা আপনাকে মেসেজে জানিয়ে দেবো।
4. ৩. পাসওয়ার্ড ও অ্যাকাউন্ট ব্যবহার (Account Rules)
   • আমরা আপনাকে যে প্রিমিয়াম অ্যাকাউন্ট (যেমন: Netflix, YouTube Premium ইত্যাদি) দেবো, সেটির পাসওয়ার্ড বা কোনো সেটিংস আমাদের অনুমতি ছাড়া পরিবর্তন করা যাবে না।
   
   • প্রোফাইল বা স্ক্রিন লিমিট সংক্রান্ত নিয়ম কঠোরভাবে মেনে চলতে হবে (যেমন: Shared অ্যাকাউন্ট হলে শুধুমাত্র নিজের স্ক্রিনেই দেখতে হবে)।
   
   • নিয়ম ভঙ্গ করলে অ্যাকাউন্ট লক বা বাতিল হতে পারে এবং এর জন্য কোনো রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে না।
5. ৪. ওয়ারেন্টি ও সাপোর্ট (Warranty & Support)
   • প্রতিটি প্রিমিয়াম অ্যাকাউন্টের সাথে নির্দিষ্ট মেয়াদের ওয়ারেন্টি থাকবে (যেমন: ১ মাস / ৩ মাস)।
   
   • সাবস্ক্রিপশন চলাকালীন কোনো সমস্যা হলে আমাদের Support Center-এ যোগাযোগ করবেন।
   
   • আমরা ২৪ থেকে ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে সমস্যা সমাধান (Fix) করে দেবো অথবা অল্টারনেটিভ অ্যাকাউন্ট দেবো।
6. Terms & Conditions
   Welcome to Digital Premium Shop! Before using our website or services, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By purchasing any product or premium subscription from us, it will be assumed that you have agreed to these terms.
7. 1. General Terms
   • To use our services, you must provide accurate information (such as your name, email, or WhatsApp number).
   
   • The price of any subscription may change at any time based on market conditions. However, you will only pay the price that was active at the time of placing your order.
8. 2. Delivery Timeframe
   • After payment is successfully completed, your subscription or product will usually be delivered within 10 minutes to 1 hour.
   
   • Due to technical issues or server downtime, it may take up to a maximum of 24 hours. In such cases, we will inform you via message.
9. 3. Account Rules & Password Usage
   • You must not change the password or any settings of the premium account (e.g., Netflix, YouTube Premium, etc.) we provide without our permission.
   
   • Rules regarding profile or screen limits must be strictly followed (e.g., for a shared account, you must watch only on your assigned screen).
   
   • Violating these rules may result in the account being locked or terminated, and no refund will be provided.
10. 4. Warranty & Support
    • Each premium account comes with a specific warranty period (e.g., 1 month / 3 months).
    
    • If you face any issues during your subscription period, please contact our Support Center.
    
    • We will resolve (fix) the problem or provide an alternative account within 24 to 48 hours.
